The entire process can take up to a month to complete depending on availability of wigs, stylists and extent of customization.
What to expect at your first appointment:
- Measure your head
- Discuss wig styles
- Discuss color options
- Order your wig
The first appointment can take approximately an hour to complete. Having the inspiration pictures emailed to us ahead of time can expedite this timeline.
Typically it takes 7-10 business days for the wigs to arrive to us once ordered.
Once we receive the wig, we will call you to schedule your first wig fitting.
What to expect at your first wig fitting:
- Assess wig fit
- Cut your wig if needed
- Style your wig with you
- Discuss care and products
- Teach you how to put your wig on
If no further customization is necessary you may leave with your new wig after your first fitting appointment.
If further customization is required we will schedule a final fitting.
What to expect from the final fitting:
- Complete style of wig
- Discuss care and products
- Teach you how to put your wig on
- Take your wig home with you
